Founded by Stone Island owner Carlo Rivetti in 2009 and designed since its very inception by Acrnoym’s Errolson Hugh, Shadow Project is an independent shadow of the main brand, Stone Island. The hybridization of Hugh’s inimitable vision of contemporary urban performance and Stone Island’s unparalleled technical-industrial expertise, Shadow Project continues to sprawl out across the landscape in sleek experimental reinterpretations of icons of Italian sportswear.
This bomber jacket exemplifies the label’s ethos; it’s constructed from a Shadow Project exclusive DPM Chiné Jacquard and printed on only the warp axis for a unique depth and texture. Given an anti-drop finish to repel water and dirt, it’s rounded off with an all-black iteration of the famous compass patch on the left sleeve.
